Toni won my session giveaway that I did during the winter months. When she shared my page on Facebook she had her friends tease her that she wouldn’t win it, so of course, when she won, she just got to tease right back! haha!
Kevin and Toni met up with me in April when all the dog wood trees were in bloom and the sun had finally warmed up from all the cold winter months. Their session turned out GORGEOUS!
One of the things I hear a lot as a photographer is that clients are worried they will look awkward because they’re not models. Well, first off… NONE of my clients are models! I’ve never hired a model in my life. I have worked hard to learn posing techniques and ways to help my clients feel comfortable when in front of the camera. Every session I work with my clients in the beginning to teach them my posing techniques and what I’m looking to get from them during their shoot. I remind them that this is going to be fun and we’re going to get AMAZING pictures.
Kevin was nervous in the beginning that he wouldn’t model well. I’ll leave it up to you to decide, but in my opinion, Kevin killed this photo session! He is such a handsome man and he complimented Toni so well. They look just darling together and he’s got a GREAT smile!
So to any clients who are nervous about a photo shoot because you may not be model material. Leave the posing up to me and just relax! You will slay your session and I can promise you that I will work my best to get you beautiful pictures, just like these. ❤️
